• 2 tablespoons baking soda

Preparation mode:

Use a bowl where you mix all the ingredients until you get a thick paste. You may want to include a few drops of essential oil.

How to use:

Take your toothbrush and immerse it in the pasta formed, then brush your teeth twice a day as usual.
